Data collected and purpose of contact

The form collects your full name, company name, email address, optional phone number, subject, message and confirmation that you have read this policy. Providing data is voluntary; the required fields allow us to receive and handle your enquiry. The form does not accept attachments. Do not include sensitive data or information about other people that is not needed for the enquiry.

When you contact us on your own behalf to enter into a contract, the legal basis for necessary steps before entering into that contract is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Confirming that you have read this policy does not constitute marketing consent.

Security and access

We store messages in a protected enquiry management system accessible to authorised people after authentication. The form does not automatically send messages through email services. We do not use its content for profiling, automated decisions, marketing or AI tools.

Retention period

We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and subsequently only to the extent necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with legal obligations. The legal basis for those obligations is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and for protecting legal claims, Article 6(1)(f). We retain technical data for as long as it is needed to protect the website and investigate security incidents.
